i didn’t know the 2nd amendment is linked to our lack of malaria.
In LTD Space R&D we also found:
India does have a 2nd amendment
but it’s lame
“amend article 81″
“a technical amendment to fix the size of each parliamentary constituency between 650,000 and 850,00 voters”
